Shona joined LLPR as PA and office manager, but having a Journalism degree and experience at a fashion PR agency, she trained in-house with LLPR and was promoted to account manager and now works across a range of industries.

After completing her journalism training, Caitlin worked as a journalist for the Bournemouth Daily Echo for several years. Here she created an online following and was included in a list of the top 50 reporters on social media, which also attracted the names of national print and TV journalists.
